With our brand, those words go without saying, and though our site may contain superlatives, it contains no hyperbole.
We offer an extremely high standard of accommodation and service, but what sets us apart is individuality. We will never have a lot of properties on our books, because we never want to have 'just another chalet'.
We only offer properties with a distinct character, and in each case that quality is due, in large part to the character of the property owners, with whom we have strong relationships.
We work in close and immediate contact with our partner property management company, ChamonixTen80, who manage every aspect of these properties. We know the properties intimately, and if something isn't right, we fix it. This allows us to offer a tailor-made experience for each property that reflects a combination of our care, thought, attention to detail, knowledge, and passion for our industry.

From the welcome you receive on your arrival, the selection of services you choose to enhance your holiday: ski guides, chefs, masseuses, childcare, to the moment you return home, you can be confident that every aspect of your stay with us will not only be of the very highest standard but also tailored to your exact requirements.
From the start our approach has been unique. The properties we have chosen for you are some of the finest luxury chalets and apartments in the alps, it goes without saying that they have been built or renovated to a superb standard by the valley's best architects and builders. But more importantly than that every chalet and apartment is a home, as uniquely individual as its owner who, in every case has imparted character, charm and beauty of function as only an individual can.
In addition to this our partner property management company, ChamonixTen80, maintains each and every one of these properties. Assigning a personal chalet manager to each property, we work with dedicated maintenance and cleaning teams all year round to ensure that our exacting standards are continuously met.
