What deposit do I pay and when is the balance due?
We take a 30% deposit with the balance payable 7 days before arrival, unless the booking is made within 7 days of the arrival date, in which case the full balance is payable on reservation. You can see our booking conditions and information.
What are the cancellation conditions?
If you choose to cancel your vacation you must do so by mail. The cancellation date will be the date on the letter / e-mail received by Ten80 Holidays. For all bookings until the end of the Winter 2022/23 A deposit of 30% is required to confirm and secure a booking with the remainder due only 7 days prior to arrival. 7 days prior to arrival you can then decide to: Cancel your booking for any of the below reasons linked to the current Covid situation: Border or travel restrictions Lock down in either the country of your departure or in France Quarantine in either the country of your departure or in France Illness to members of the travelling party In which case your deposit will be 100% fully reimbursed to you within 7 days of informing us. Or Proceed with the booking in which case you will need to pay the remainder. For all cancellations made after 7 days before arrival, Ten80 will offer you a credit note of the same value that can be used at any time within the following 18 months in any of our properties and/or for any of our services. If the client has to depart early for any of the above reasons, a credit note will be made corresponding to the number of nights that the client did not stay in the accommodation for.
Upon arrival, we require a deposit payment form. To fill out this form we will ask you to provide a valid credit card number.
How do I get keys for the property?
On arrival, you will be met at the property by one of our in-resort team. They will show you round the property, answer any questions you may have and hand over keys. You will be asked for your credit card details as a guarantee. You will also be informed of the departure procedure.
Check-in and Check-out
Check in from 16:00 on the day of arrival and check-out will be up until 10:00 on the day of departure.
Do I need to bring linen and towels?
A full set of towels are provided and slippers supplied as well as Molton Brown bathroom products. Please read the "Services" section of the property for all included services.
Do we need to clean the property on departure?
End of stay cleaning is included in the price, but you are expected to leave the property tidy on departure.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we have a general no pets policy.
Is smoking allowed in the properties?
All of our properties are strictly non-smoking, although guests are welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace.
