A lovely 3 bedroom apartment in a super location for both Summer and Winter stays.

This was the perfect place to stay in Chamonix. In a quieter spot, with great access to trails, bakeries, bars, etc. The apartment is perfectly appointed and so cozy. Would stay again without question.

Appartement très bien agencé et décoré. Matériaux de qualité, très lumineux et chaleureux. Beaucoup de rangements dans les chambres mais aussi au niveau des parties communes. Un beau jardin avec terrasse très agréable l’été sans vraiment de vis à vis. Parking deux places pour des voitures pas trop grandes (<4m70). Situé à 3 min à pied de la gare et du téléphérique de la Flégère.

The Green apartment is fantastic! Its location to the lifts plus it being in the quiet town of Les Praz make it perfect for us. Louise, our house cleaner, was impeccable. Elodie, navigated a maintenance issue gracefully and came up with a working solution quickly. We intend to stay again next year and the year after that . I would recommend the apartment and Ten80’s services anytime!

This property is absolutely perfect!!!! It is in a very good location, 7 minutes to Chamonix city centre, yet you have a private garden with nature to yourself. The property was as clean as described and has a very secure garage with a key. I've stayed in many rentals and this is the best one I've stayed in!!!! and the hosts are very friendly! I would definitely book this place again. I can't wait to come back with my family, I came for trekking and my mum loved it so much that she didn't want to leave the house.

We have been spending the summers in Chamonix for the past 3 years and always stay in Les Praz. We have spent more for lodging, as well as less, and this apartment is by far the best value for the price. it is not inexpensive, but well worth it. Fantastic location a few meters away from the train station, Flegere lift, restaurants and hiking trails. New construction, well appointed, spacious rooms. Underground parking for 2 cars, large private patio and garden with fantastic views. Great property manager helps make the stay even better. We are already making plans to come back next summer.
