Beautifully located in an idyllic spot with surrounding stream and private garden it is bucolic and peaceful, the chalet has just been fully renovated with great taste and an eye on easy living and comfort. The theme is very 'James Bond' with great touches and references throughout. A modern and funky sauna with a view, outside hot tub and cold plunge barrel, stunning open plan living area with over equipped kitchen, lovely double height dining area and separate TV and lounge and chill out areas, it is a joy wherever you lay your hat.
The three bedrooms are more than comfortable and all en suite, each offering an individual charm and character as well as superb views from every window in the chalet.
In Summer the golf course and in Winter it is only a short walk to the Flegère ski lift - Just perfect!

- Chalet Maple Leaf is a non-smoking chalet.

The chalet is located in Les Praz, only a short walk to the Flégère ski lift and the golf course.

All chalets are exclusive to us. The chalet is maintained by us all year round and in perfect working condition.
