The A-Frame top floor is dedicated to the living area with open plan kitchen, dining and living space and is clean and comfortable offering incredible views over Chamonix and down the Valley.
The 4 bedrooms are all en suite and very comfortable.
The chalet is completed by an outstanding cinema room, boot and ski room with dryers and double garage.

Ground floor
Entrance hall with storage, ski racks, boot dryers, covered parking space, laundry room, toilet, wine cellar, cinema room with piano.
First floor
Main entrance, twin en suite bedroom, master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, double en suite bedroom, double or twin bedroom with separated bathroom.
Second floor
Kitchen, dining and living areas with fireplace, access to the large south facing terrace.

- Pets are not accepted in the chalet.
- Chalet Noyer is a non-smoking chalet.
Location
Located 10 mins walk from the Savoy ski slopes and Chamonix main town, this is an excellent location with town and all commerce easily accesibly by foot and the main ski areas only a few minutes away by car.

All chalets are exclusive to us. The chalet is maintained by us all year round and in perfect working condition.
