This chalet can sleep 12 people. Its very contemporary architecture allows you to be totally connected to nature while having luxury services.
The main living area is in the ground floor with a vast and confortable living room, dining room, kitchen and central fireplace. The room is south facing and the large windows offer a spectacular view of Mont Blanc.
The large terrace facing south and facing Mont Blanc is a real living room. The trellises are sliding and allow to play with light throughout the day.
A second west facing terrace overlooks the garden.
A second living room is upstairs with a large sofa very comfortable corner, a TV and a DVD player.
The chalet has 5 comfortable and spacious bedrooms with extra cozy beds. 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a beautiful dormitory for 4 people. Each room, with its large windows, offers spectacular views of the Aravis chain, the chain of Fizz or Mont Blanc. An adjoining bathroom for each room.

The chalet is spread over 3 floors:
Ground floor
Entrance hall, Bedroom "Dortoire du refuge de Tête Rousse" equipped with 4 bunkbeds and private bathroom, separate toilets, Laundry room, Wine cellar, Garage/Game room with table football.
1st floor/ Garden floor
Large living room with openned kitchen, dining area and lounge area with stove, direct access to the terrace. Double bedroom with shower room en suite, separate toilets.
2nd floor
TV lounge, Double bedroom with shower room en suite, Family suite with twin bedroom, double bedroom, shower room with toilet.

- Pets are not accepted in the chalet.

Location
The chalet is located in the heart of Servoz, just a few kilometers from Chamonix. It is close to all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets) and gives you the opportunity to access very quickly many ski resorts, 5 minutes from Les Houches, 10 minutes from the cable cars Brevent and Aiguille du Midi, less than 25 minutes from other resorts in the Chamonix Valley, Argentière, Mégève, Saint Gervais and Contamines Montjoie.
