How to get to Chamonix?

The Chamonix Valley has very easy access with a motorway running from Geneva airport all the way to us. Travel time is less than one hour and we are here to advise you on the best solution and companies to use.

To come by car

Numerous rental companies at Geneva Airport – Follow signs for France and then Chamonix all the way on the A40 to all the different areas in the Valley.

To come by train

A great solution if coming from Paris – The main staion is Saint-Gervais-les-Bains-Le-Fayet from where you can connect to a slower train stopping everywhere in the Valley.

To come by plane

The best airport is Geneva as only 1 hour away but some of our guests have also used Milan and Lyon.

In resort : The bus network is good and improving each year with access to all ski areas however the most comfortable solution remains having your own car. Full chauffeur and ski taxis are also great options of course depending on the chalet location that you choose.
