Perfectly situated on a very quiet road and only a 5 min walk to the slopes and ski school of Les Houches. The 6 bedrooms are all en suite, wonderfully comfortable and with the detail of either old beams or the original stonework of the farm showing add a touch of class and originality rarely seen.
The entrance, the staircase, the detail is all gorgeous but as you come up the steps and enter the vast main living area... The whole wall is glassed offering stunning views up the valley - just outstanding.
A covered parking, boot and ski room, cinema room and chill out reading room/office, superb sauna and outside sunken Jacuzzi complete this magnificent chalet.

Covered parking, entrance with storage and ski/boot room with boot dryers, laundry room, TV room, sauna with shower room, 2 ensuite double bedrooms and a twin ensuite bedroom with direct access to the terrace, terrace with jacuzzi.
First floor
Kitchen and dining area, living room with double sided fireplace, 2 ensuite double bedrooms.
Second floor
Reading room/office, master ensuite bedroom.

- Check out time: 10am
- Pets are not accepted in the chalet.
- Chalet Leandre is a non-smoking chalet.
Location
Located on a very quiet street of Les Houches, 5 mins walk in apres ski shoes or 1 min drive to the main lift (Prarion) of Les Houches (where we have ski and boot lockers available) with ski school, childrens garderie rental shops and bakery and bus stop all there as well.10 minutes drive to chamonix.
There is also a lovely lake 5 mins walk away with walks and snoeshoeing available

All chalets are exclusive to us. The chalet is maintained by us all year round and in perfect working condition.

- During your stay, 2 housekeeping visits are included for your additional comfort. The end-of-stay cleaning is also included.
