There are several shops nearby, including a sports store, bakery, fruit shop and bar, and it's a 10-minute walk to the center of Les Houches with its shops (supermarket, pharmacy, post office, tourist office).
Chamonix town centre can be reached in 15 minutes by car or by public transport - Les Houches - Le Fouilly bus stop 100m away.
