This magnificent 4 bedroom chalet with sauna, freshly renovated and decorated by an architect with fine and traditional materials is located in a quiet area and offers a unique view of Les Drus and Mont Blanc.
The large and confortable living room with fireplace is south facing with a spacious terrace overlooking the Mont Blanc.
On the ground fllor are the Master bedroom with small terrace and acces to the garden , 2 doubles bedrooms, 1 bunk room with 4 bunk beds perfect for children. All are ensuite bedrooms.

Location
Walking access to La Flégère ski area, the village of Les Praz and its shops and the Golf course of Chamonix.
Easy access to the center of Chamonix by train and to all ski areas in the Chamonix valley by bus (bus or train stop 5 minutes walk).

All chalets are exclusive to us. The chalet is maintained by us all year round and in perfect working condition.
