A lovely cosy four bedroom apartment right on the main family pistes of Les Houches. The ideal place to get away from the crowds in Chamonix.

From this apartment you can be the first on the slopes and can ski down to the ski school and main lift system straight out of your front door in the morning and then back in after a last run on empty pistes.
4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a sauna shared with the other apartment in this chalet makes this a great place to stay on a budget.
Layout
The apartment is spread over three floors.
Top two floors
Each have two bedrooms all with balconies and one central shared bathroom on each floor.
Ground floor
Kitchen, dining room and living area with cosy TV corner with sky HD options and fireplace, access to the private decking.
Underground level of the residence
Garage, ski room, spa with sauna (shared with the other apartments in the building but rarely used !).

- Check in time: 4pm
- Check out time: 10am
- Pets are not accepted in the chalet.
- Loretto is a non-smoking apartment.
Location
This apartement is on the slopes of Les Houches in the Maison Neuve hasmlet - the slopes are in front of the chalet.
The bottom of the lift with ski school /rental shop/bakery is 5 mins drive and the centre of Les houches a further 5 mins drive.

All chalets are exclusive to us. The chalet is maintained by us all year round and in perfect working condition.

what a wonderful week we had in Loretto! The apartment was absolutely perfect for us as a family with plenty of space but it was the location that really sold it. The ski-in-ski out aspect really did make the holiday for us. Having grown teenagers meant we were all able to come and go as we pleased without all having to pile into a car together. Très bon séjour en famille malgré le manque de neige. Nous sommes restés souvent au chalet et avons beaucoup apprécié la cheminée ainsi que la vue exceptionnelle sur le nouveau refuge du Goûter et le Mt Blanc à partir du séjour et des balcons.
